GENERAL CONDITIONS
Maximum of two (2) adults per room except for Cotton Hill Residence with a maximum of 5 persons.
Children: Select suites can accommodate 1-2 children when sharing with parents:
3 yrs and under, free of charge
4-11 yrs free on BB, $50 on MAP
12-17yrs free on BB, $100 on MAP
18yrs + $150 on BB, $250 on MAP.

Check-in: 2pm; Check-out: Noon

5 night minimum stay applies in the months of January and February.

DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
High Season: 3 nights deposit required; 21 day cancellation to avoid penalty charge of 3 days. Shoulder and Summer Season: 2 nights deposit required; 7 day cancellation to avoid penalty charge of 2 days. No shows: 100% of total stay charged. Early departure after check-in will result in full charges being applied for the complete period reserved. Cancellations must be made within the required time of the relevant season. Failure to do so will result in the full penalty being applied. Refunds of deposits will be subject to a 10% bank handling fee. Cotton Hill Residence: 50% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking. Balance due 4 months prior to arrival. All prepayments are non-refundable once paid.
Special deposit and cancellation policies apply for the Christmas/New Year period. Christmas week (Dec 24-30)attracts a supplimental charge of $500/adult and $250/child (4-11yrs); New Years Eve (Dec 31) attracts a supplimental charge of $500/adult and $250/child (4-11yrs) to cover special events and entertainment.

Rates are inclusive of: Value Added Tax (VAT); Mustique Airport/Hotel Transfers; Airport Meet & Greet Service (Barbados & Mustique); Full Unpacking and Pressing Service on arrival; Selected Non-Motorized Water Sports; Use of Hotel’s Tennis Courts; Weekly Cocktail Party
